Vulnerability Disclosure Policy

Sea12 Technologies welcomes reports of potential security vulnerabilities in our systems. We are committed to working with the security community to verify and address any legitimate issues.

Legal Protection

We will not pursue legal action against individuals who:

Make a good faith effort to avoid privacy violations, destruction of data, and interruption or degradation of our services
Do not access or modify data beyond what is necessary to demonstrate the vulnerability
Provide us a reasonable amount of time to address the issue before any public disclosure
Do not exploit the vulnerability for purposes other than testing

Our Commitment

When you report a vulnerability to us, we will:

Acknowledge receipt of your report within 2 business days
Provide an estimated timeline for resolution
Notify you when the vulnerability has been fixed
Publicly acknowledge your contribution, if desired
